Supermac's now have opportunities for experienced General Managers Nationwide.
The General Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the Restaurant, providing leadership to his/her team, dealing with the day to day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a restaurant.
The General Manager will have a minimum of 3 years experience at General Management level in the catering/hospitality sector and demonstrate the following:
• Strong leader and developer of teams
• Possess business savvy/experience of cost and sales management
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• A people person
