Claddagh Irish Pubs, a chain of Bar and Restaurants in the Mid-West of the United States and a sister company of Supermac’s, are currently seeking to recruit Bar Managers. The role will require you to take full responsibility of the bar area, including stocktaking, staff rostering, and the supervision of other members of bar staff.

As food is a major part of this operation an excellent knowledge of food and service is required. Ideally you will have at least 3 years supervisory bar experience in a casual dining restaurant or bar. A green card is desirable but not essential.
