Supermac's now have opportunities for an experienced Assistant Store Manager/Supervisors/Catering Assistants for Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the Restaurant, providing leadership to his/her team, dealing with the day to day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a restaurant. Supervisors will have similar responsibilities.
The Assistant Store Manager will have a minimum of 3 years experience at Management level in the catering/hospitality sector and demonstrate the following:
- Strong leader and developer of teamsPossess business savvy/experience of cost and sales management
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- A people person
- This position will suit an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and management skills.
Catering Assistants provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac's customers receive the best quality, service and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac's restaurant.
